Her six years as an Operations Manager for a successful pharmacy in Nigeria are a testament to her leadership skills, where she oversaw a team of professionals, managed secure inventory, and meticulously enforced service standards to build a reputation for excellence. She is skilled in maintaining business compliance, ensuring professional standards, and delivering approachable customer service to over 110 patients, which is a direct reflection of her dedication to public trust and operational integrity.
Complementing this strong administrative background is her extensive experience as a compassionate and dedicated caregiver. Lami has a proven ability to build trusting relationships and create safe, supportive environments for individuals with diverse physical and mental health needs.
